Note: The Sebright Telephone Company came to an end on Dec. 19 !971. It was started in 1913 by J D Flemming and WAlter Deverall. About 60 persons paid $60 each for shares in the company plus $12 for a phone.
1914 audit showed 412 in assets and 101 dollars of liabilities. 1970 audit showed $25 286 in receipts and $11 665 in expenditures. Arthur Thompson was sec-tresurer for over 50 years
