Notes - Uncle Bob lived with us while he was being treated for cancer. He found instructions for making a wooden Christmas tree in a Sunset Magazine. Dad (Jerry Harris) made the first tree after Uncle Bob died. Dad continued to make trees, which has become a family tradition. Uncle Bob liked to work in the upper "40" backyard, tending to the apricot, fig and plum trees. He also planted potatoes, corn, cucumbers and pumpkins.
