Jeannette Bird nee Perry beloved wife of the late Walter Robert Bird. Much loved mother of Ed of Victoria B.C., Doug of Orillia, Anne & her husband Mike Holland of Victoria B.C., and Walter of Campbell River, B.C. Dear sister of Dorothy Finnerty of Abbotsford, B.C., Ethel Liscum of Oshawa, Jenny McCauley of Peterborough, Lloyd Perry of Sudbury and the late Len, Irene and Clifford. Also remembered by sisters-in laws: Jean and Gertie Perry. Jeannette will be missed by her canine friend and companion Maggie. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E., Orillia on Sunday, February 6th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Monday, February 7th at 1 p.m. Interment later St. Andrew's - St. James' Cemetery, Orillia. Memorial donations to the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.0.
