Mrs. George Leigh
The death of Mrs. George Leigh occurred at Rathburn on Wednesday March 18, in her sixty-sixth year. Mrs. Leigh was formally Miss Levina Conklin, a native of Cannington. With the exception of a short time spent in Orillia, she ha been a resident of Rathburn for practically all her life. Beside her husband she leaves three sons and two daughters., William G. Leigh and John C. Leigh, Orillia; Allan A Leigh of Toronto; Mrs. C. Drew, Windsor; and Mrs. H. Wilking, of Detroit. Another daughter, Mary, predeceased her in 1923. Three sisters remaining are Mrs. Thomas Dunlop, Orillia; Mrs. I. Coffey, Toronto; and Mrs. Harold Perry of Winnipeg. The funeral was held on Saturday afternoon from the home in Rathburn to Orillia cemetery. The Rev. Blackburn, of Orillia, officiated and the pallbearers were Messrs. John M.; William G, Arthur and Elmer Leigh four grandsons; Herbert Wilking, a son-in-law and Earnest Quail.
