      "Will Weber of North Eau Galle and Kate Meechan were married at the Catholic Church, Thursday morning at half past five by Rev. Miller. The bride is the adopted daughter of Mrs. Lizzie Meechan and was central girl at Eau Galle for two years. The groom is a young farmer and a son of Mr and Mrs. Ben Weber."

      WILLIAM WEBER
      Funeral services will be held Thursday at St. Henry's Church in Eau Galle for William Weber, 76. The Rev. Walter Brey is to officiate and burial is to be in the church cemetery.
      Mr. Weber died Monday at the hospital in Durand after several weeks of poor health. Born April 21, 1887, at Eau Galle he served as a rural mail carrier for many years.
      Surviving with his wife, Beatirce, are two daughters, Mrs. Elton (Irene) David of Adams and Mrs. Kathryn Lieffring of Milwaukee, two sons, Paul of Durand and Ronald of Appleton, eight grandchildren, a brother, Ben Weber of Hudson, and a sister, Mrs. Kate Burns of Menomonie. Mr. Weber was preceded in death by his first wife, Kathryn, in 1959, and a son, Leighton.
