GETTINGS, Annette Victoria (nee Duffy) - (Retired Registered Nurse and Member of St. Columbkille's C. W. L.) - Passed away peacefully at Victoria House, Orillia on Thursday, October 14, 2010; at the age of 94. Annette, beloved wife of the late Edward. Loving mother of Cathy Miske and Edward Gettings and wife Heather. Cherished grandmother of Lorne, A.J., Jennifer and Jack. Predeceased by her siblings Patrick, Madeline, Peter, Alex, Johanna and Lorene. The late Mrs. Gettings will rest at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be said in the parlour on Friday evening at 6:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Columbkille's Roman Catholic Church, Uptergrove on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment: St. Columbkille's Cemetery, Uptergrove.
